It is possible that "MouseDesk 2.0" was not supplied with US IIgs's.
The disk is actually Apple IIgs System 1.0, but is labelled "MouseDesk
2.0".  It is missing some pretty major pieces of the toolbox, if I
remember right, so there were many programs which would not work with it.

It was the only system disk provided for the IIgs in New Zealand from
September 1986 to late in 1988 (when System 4.0 was released).  We
didn't get ROM upgrades from 00 to 01 until early 1988.

(I managed to get System 3.2 earlier than this by joining APDA, and
I've subsequently seen System 1.1, 2.0 and 3.1.)
