Disk images from PC to Apple //c

I know this is discussed in the FAQ, but I just don't get it. I have disk 
images (from ftp.asimov.com) on my PC and would like to transfer them to my 
//c. I have a functional null-modem connection up, I can transfer files, but 
the disk images are too large to transfer to even a formatted disk. I also have 
unshrinkit running on an emulator, but can't seem to get it to unshrink a disk 
image. Can anyone point me the right direction?
