Hey Dude... I don't think it's necessary for those guys to have to post 
en Anglais.  Actually I think it's both cool and quite productive for 
them to be posting in the Earth-wide comp.sys.apple2 newsgroup.  Despite 
the fact that the majority of regulars and passers-by here are 
English-speaking, it would be counter productive for the awesome 
programmers in countries outside North America to have to be isolated to 
their own language equivalent of csa2.  Can you imagine reading about a 
thread in csa2 then having to continue it in another newsgroup (or 
mailing list, or in email) because you are bilingual?  .. breaks the 
train of thought .. and makes you somewhat of an outsider.

Anyhow, just my ramblings...
