Re: EXE file type?
You cannot run an EXE file from 'Finder' it must be used from a shell.(GNO,
Orca, etc). Some EXE will allow their filetype to be changed to a regular
desktop application as long as it does not require the ability to read
filenames, parameters, etc, from teh command line. SSCII requires the
datafile filename to be supplied, as well as other parameters to be
specified, on the command line (Like pkzip on an IBM lets you do a: PKZIP -e
filen.ame type of thing).
There are some desk accesory sscii programs (GScii+ for instnace)
