But Empson didn't flame. Correcting and flaming are two different things.

If that was so, then Wrong was wrong. Most will agree than flaming is bad,
one way or the other.

Ok, but to not flame must be another good quality. Look, whether the outside
world is civil or not is one thing, but if we want to not push people out
of this discussion left and right WE have to be [civil].

It is not anything against you personally. Dr. Tom has posted his share of
flames, and thats bad too.

Let us stop, now, please.
