If you just have 5.25 drives and are not especialy unhappy with AW3, then 
stay with AW3. AW5 is HUGE, and you would beat yourself to death with disk 
swaps and waiting on slow 5.25 disk access.

I haven't used AW5, but I have AW4, and it has a bazillion little tiny 
enhancements that add up to a =much= more pleasurable, convenient, and 
efficient program to use.  Little things, like a pretty full set of disk 
utilities, being able to sort the disk directory in different ways on the 
fly, screen blanker, more robust handling of text files, stored pathnames 
you can call up with a simple key combination, and so on.  VERY easy to 
get used to.
