Unfortunately, you have confused DOS 3.3 and ProDOS when you copied
tracks 0 and 1 from your Copy ][+ disk. Except for a few sectors on
track 0 the remaining sectors are possibly part of one or more files
on the disk.

The thing to do now is to:

1. Make a copy of the disk
2. Run ProSel 8 (Mr. Fixit), and ask it to fix sector 2

ProSel 8 will attempt to recreate the main directory etc. According to
the way I read the ProSel manual, "Any files not in sub-directories
will NOT be recovered e.g., all files at the top level are lost." This
is the reason that you should always put your files in subdirectories
below the volume name.

I'm afraid that restoring from your backup might be the only way
unless Mr. Fixit does the trick.
