Help! New Apple II user needs help!

Hi,

I just got a nicely restored Apple IIe complete with 2 disk II's and
an Apple green monitor. This is the first Apple II I own. I have no
previous experience with this wonderful machine except with a
Windows-based Apple IIe emulator.

My only problem, a big one, is that I have no DOS startup disk. The
only useful thing I can do is write BASIC programs! I guess I can
connect a tape recorder too. :-) Help!

Is there a kind soul who would like to send me a DOS disk? I would
also appreciate a good Apple II terminal emulator software (or an
Apple II SLIP/PPP package, if there is one). I figure that if I can
connect my Apple II to the Internet, then I will be able to do wonders
with the machine.

Also, I got an Apple IIc as part of the deal. It has a 5-pin DIN-type
serial port. If I want to connect a modem to it, where can I buy such
serial cable?

Last question, is there any way to connect the Apple IIe to my PC
using the parallel port? My Apple IIe has a centronics printer card.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

George
