     As an experiment, I popped in the History of the World CD. This is a
DiscPassage-compatible CD normally accessed via DiscQuest. With the HS.FST
in the FSTS folder, System 6 recognized it as an ISO-9660 disc and listed
folders and contents.

     Except for folders, the file types were all shown as "Unknown".
According to FileManager, these were file type 00, auxtype 0000. However,
the files could be copied to RAMDisk. It looks like your backup will work
as long as you do not care about executing any files from the CD.
