Help! IIe mouse/Mousepaint questions

Help!

I just got a secondhand IIe mouse complete with box and connector card for
my unenhanced IIe, BUT it's missing any docs and the Mousepaint program. 
SOOO... being that I'm relatively new at this Apple II set-up stuff I need
some help (please!) with a couple of questions...

1. Does anybody have a copy of Mousepaint I could buy cheaply?  

2. How exactly do I install the card... ie, what slot?  What commands will
I need to boot it?  Just the PR# command? 

3. Do I need to enhance my IIe to get it to work?

4. What OTHER programs will work with the mouse on my IIe?  Any suggestions?
