I have done something similar on my IIgs.  The PC Transporter video switch
blocks Slot 1, so I have my RAMFast SCSI in Slot 2, and use Appletalk via
the modem port and Slot 7.  I use a switch box to toggle the printer port
between my printer and modem.  Messy, but it does the job.
