I can't speak for the 16MB question. However, I have used a RamKeeper
for years, with a GSRAM+ card, 4MB RAM. The CDA does allow you to
allocate arbitrary amounts of the card for regular RAM, and
for the battery-backed RAM disk (/AEROM). I was able to boot ProDOS or
System 5 (didn't have Sys6 at the time) off this disk. What I don't
remember is how the memory address space looked with such an arrangement.
Incidentally, I haven't used the AERamKeeper in a while, and would be
willing to let somebody have it for $25 + shipping. Let me know.
