RE:HD floppies in a DD drive.



I've experimented with using high density disks (both 5.25 and 3.5) in Apple 
IIgs DD drives.
 
The short story is:  Don't do it.
 
I find the 5.25" HD disks fail to format about half the time, and even when 
they do, data from them is not reliable.
 
The 3.5" HD disks usually format.  But I found that data reliability was 
poor after a few months.
