Broken Super Serial Card

I was moving the modem/terminal jumper on my Super Serial card (copyright date
of 1981) and broke off one of the pins. How would I go about fixing this?
P.S. If anyone knows the Ctrl-A commands for the SSC, please tell me. I do not
have any documentation for the board.
