Does not sound like an RGB monitor so will not take advantage of
IIgs's RGB.  Will probably work off the IIgs's RCA connection.

This monitor will work on a IIgs with the proper cable.  You can
either make it yourself (I have the instructions posted by another
csa2er) or buy it from Redmond Cable (206-882-2009).

The quality is reportedly slightly below that of the IIgs RGB
monitor.
