No. But, you could connect them through a suitable switch (i.e., a
nine-pin A/B/C type switch box). Then you could switch between them.
There is one pin in the cable which tells the IIc whether the device is
mouse or joystick. I do not know whether you would have to restart the
machine when you switch devices.
