Nevertheless, I found there is some relatively cheap electronic projects
we could play with to do a smartport to usb bridge and a standalone
smartport mass storage. These projects are, but not limited to, Arduino,
UBW32, and CUI32. I feel them better than going from scratch, but I
wonder if a skilled guy could achieve the same goal (considering this
project) with cheaper hardware.
I'm sure that a lot of folks would love to have a convenient way to
connect mass storage to a IIc or IIc+ using the Smartport interface.
