Boy are you stretching for an acceptable reason to steal. Yes, steal. 
Whether the program is too expensive for you to warrant buying or it's 
a program that you feel you wouldn't use often enough to justify 
spending money on it at any price, your reasoning for having a pirated 
copy is only you trying to justify your theft. This is very similar to 
shoplifting, or hopping the fence to get into a pay-at-the-gate event. 
Both are wrong and illegal. It's all about morals and ethics. Plain and 
simple.
