AppleWorks to Mac (MS Excel/MS Word or other) conversion

Hi,

Does anyone know of a conversion utility that will convert AppleWorks 3.0/4.0
(NOT GS) files to a format which can be read by a Mac program?  For example,
AppleWorks WP files to Microsoft Word or ClarisWorks; AppleWorks Database
files to ClarisWorks or other; and AppleWorks Spreadsheet files to Microsoft
Excel, or ClarisWorks or other.
