Restricting to one 5.25" drive

In a previous post David Empson said: (paraphrased a bit.)

I have tried changing the aux type to $0101 and the result was that
BOTH 5.25" drive icons disappeared when I rebooted. Is my problem that
I have slot six set to "Your Card?"
