They bought it from a company called StyleWare.

It seems that if you are doing this type of work, you should have
the right tools (a "modern" fast computer, top of the line word
processor, laser printer, fax modem, etc.) for the job. Using
equipment and software that isn't officially and =actively= supported
will cost you big bucks in the business world.
Sorry if I offended you. I love Apple IIs and understand about low
budgets but I felt this needed to be said.
