The copyright is in the name of Namco, and they definitely are still
enforcing it given the pending release of Namco Museum of Games for the
Sony Playstation. Note that what Joe's selling is NOT shareware or freeware,
but a commercial shrink-wrapped program. I would have to suggest that if
what Dr. Tom uploaded really is the commercial programs, than he should
gracefully remove the files and then everyone can get back to the business
at hand, the GS :)
