I have not tried this myself, but I can relay a possible solution that
has been posted on Genie.  Believe it or not, your SRAMs may be too
=fast=.  A number of people who have had problems getting a stable
system at 14Mhz with 15ns SRAMs found that by replacing the 2 chips in
the DATA slots with slower chips (like 35-45ns), your problems may
disappear.  Leave the 20ns chips in the TAG slots.

There were also specific brands mentioned that were found to work, but I
don't remember exactly which and don't want to guess wrong.  Maybe one
of the Genie readers will see this and post the exact details, but the
above should get you going.
