	I use ProTERM, launched through GS/OS. I found a workable solution
however, which is to tell TWII to blank the text screen _only_ under GS/OS,
more or less disabling it when I launch ProDOS 8 applications. I do have
a ZipGS (8 MHz/16k) and hardware handshaking cable, although the DCD line
isn't connected. In any case, no matter what hardware setup your system 
consists of, disabling TWII v1.1 is a must if your using a high-speed modem.
