Save yourself about 10 to 15 cents a disk and buy unformatted
disks. Do yourself another favor and buy a good brand name; Fuji,
3M, Sony. The "cheapos" that save you maybe 25 cents a disk will
most assuredly let you down when you least expect it. Stick with
the DSDD. DSHD won't give you anything you haven't already paid
for with a DSDD, except a bigger space in your wallet.
