FTA demos are good examples of programs that won't run on a ROM3.
I think some of their later demos might run, but Modulae, for example,
won't run.
I prefer the ROM 1 over the 3.. The 3 has a few features I'd like to
have in a ROM1 (I run out of slots frequently, and the bit of extra
flexibility a RoM3 gives comes in handy), but from working between
a ROM1 and ROM3, I've noticed fewer bugs while running programs
on a ROM 1.
