ImageWriter switch settings

Is there an FAQ where I can find the switch settings for the original 
ImageWriter?  Alternately, can someone eMail them to me?

I'm having problems with the ImageWriter and AW2.  It appears that the IW 
is generating a CR periodically.  This can be corrected by flipping 
SW1-5, but then the output is corrupt after about a page.

I'm assuming:
	SW1-5 controls flow control.
	With flow control disabled I get corrupt output.
	With flow control enabled, the CR is generated along with
		flow control.

The Apple DMP printer had a switch to control "LF on buffer full".  Does 
the IW have something similar?
