Apple II+ compatible disassembler

What diassemblers would work on a II+?  I've been using Stop The Madness,.
a II+ emulator, and it won't work with my disk of Merlin.
What about HyperC?

Or is there a magic "Two-Liner" to disassemble an entire binary file, set the
output to the printer and print the whole thing off?
