Questions about CP/M on the Apple //e (and //c)

Two questions about Z80 cards and CP/M on the Apple // series:

1) Is the old Microsoft Softcard compatible with the //e? I have a clone
   one which works fine on a ][+, but is not recognized on the //e.
   Do I need a newer version of CP/M or to change a switch setting to make
   it work?

2) A friend just bestowed a //c on me (rescued it from freezing on a curb).
   Do I correctly recall that someone made a Z80 "card" for the //c?
   If so, can someone give me a pointer?
