RAM for Zip GS

I recently bought a 7/8 Zip GS from Alltech and I'd like to upgrade the cache
RAM. I have four RAM chips that came with my 10/64 Zip GS I bought
second-hand. Apparently the original owner upgraded the RAM. I _think_ it was
a 10/64 but I'm not sure. Anywho, I still have the tube of chips and I wonder
if anyone knows what they are so I know which sockets to put them in.

Two of them are labeled...

     JAPAN
     81C78A-45P
     8810 X08

another is labeled...

     MOSEL
     MS6264AL-70PC
     8910 K

and the last is labeled...

     622106
     M5M5165P-70

Also, I assume the DIP switches have to be reset for the new RAM chips. I'm
going to look at the HyperStudio Stack that came with the ZIP to see if
they're described there. However, just in case, does anyone know how they
should be set?
