There is only one =good= telecom program for the II+: Modem MGR.  
This is an EXCELLENT program that runs well in a II+ environment, 
know about lots of old hardware, and has workarounds for many II+ 
deficiencies.

I like Modem MGR better than Talk Is Cheap or ProTERM 2.2.

Last I checked it was $50. (714)993-0294. They take plastic.
