Returning to Apple ][+ & need basic help

I'm going back to the golden days of computing and running my newly
acquired Apple ][+  (my Windoze machine is getting BORING).    Can you
help with these basic questions?

How do I reboot the ][+ without using the power switch?  Is there a
CTRL-OPENAPPLE-RESET like the //e?

I got a copy of ProTerm, but it says I need a 65C02 to run it.  What's
the next best term program I can use on my ][+?

Does anyone have/use an APPLECAT modem anymore?  I never see anyone
talking about it here and it was one of my favorites.

Where can I find AppleCat software like "Megaterm" and "The Cat's
Meow"?
