Hello,

	Since everyone seems to have IDed most of the other ones except 
the Intellikeys, I dug up the last issue of Incider/A+ since I remembered 
something about it was mentioned there.  

	Incider called it am "alternative keyboard".  Now I know what you 
have is a card, so possibily you have the card which connected the keyboard 
to the Apple II.  The company which produced it was Intellitools, so 
check on the card, and you'll be able to confirm if it indeed was for the 
keyboard.
