Re: Editing AppleWorks Dictionary?

Jim, I don't know how to modify the main AppleWorks dictionary to delete
those "-or" American words, or to replace them with our "-our" Canadian
suffixes. (Well, maybe I shouldn't say 'American' since we're all in
North America.. maybe I should say U.S.)

Nathan, I didn't know that 150 years ago the word 'colour' wasn't in the
common English books, spelt that way. Help me out here: I looked up the
word "coloured, colours, and colour" in my concordance. I found them
all. I didn't find color, colored, or colors. Now the King James
Version of the Bible was translated somewhere in the 1600s, I believe
(please correct me if I'm wrong). This exhaustive concordance I'm using
was published in the States, too. Maybe I'm wrong. The Revised Version
was done in 1881 and the American Standard Revised Version was done in
1901, which would be well within the 150 years your referred to. I can't
find my KJV right now for reference. A couple of citations from this
concordance indicate that Leviticus 13:55 and Revelations 17:3 are verses
that contain those words. Is my analogy way out of whack?
