Mirror saving?

I have three hard drives connected to my Apple IIgs -- one more than I need. 
 I plan to use the third hard drive as a backup.  I'm lazy, though, and 
don't carefully do backups every day.  Of course, if a data file I'm working 
on today dies, and I forget to back up...
 
What I'm looking for is a utility that would automatically save any files 
I'm working on (usually AppleWorks) to _two_ drives at the same time.  In 
other words, if I say to save to /HARD1/DATA, it will automatically save to 
/HARDBACKUP/DATA at the same time.
 
Any such animal?
