FInd a friend with a Mac.
 
Most modern Macs can handle Prodos and dos disks in addition to Mac
floppies.
Drop the file onto a dos disk, put the disk into the Mac, transfer to the
Mac HD.  Format a prodos disk on the Mac then copy the file to it.
Job done.
