proterm and appletalk help

I have found a patch that will work with Appletalk and
Proterm 3.1 which I have installed.  I had problems using
the modem faster than 19,200.  If I remeber right I have found
the patch in ground or caltech can't remeber which one or
I could try to upload into the binary group.
 
When I patched the proterm code0 then I tried it at 28.8 and
it turned out to be fine with the appletalk turned on.
