Mode X is available on all VGA cards (so I imagine it is available
with the Second Sight as well).

It is just 320x200 256 colour mode but with some timing changes or
something to expand the vertical and horizontal resolution.

With this mode you can get the following 256 colour resolutions:

	320x200	360x200
	320x240	360x240
	320x400	360x400
	320x480	360x480

I'm pretty sure this is what Doom and games like it use in their "High
detail" modes.  "Low detail" is just the standard 320x200 as far as I
can tell.
