I've got a Supra 28.8 Fax modem on my IIGS. It's been working great on 
my IIGS for over a year...You should be able to get by with the supplied 
cables given in the Supra package. Hook up to the serial port on the 
IIGS and you're set...almost. You will definitely need a good term 
program. I'm using Spectrum v2.0 from Seven Hills, which is pretty good. 
Proterm A2 is probably the most robust. It's an 8-bit program, but it is 
incredibly powerful! There's also AnsiTerm GS v2.12 (I believe that's 
the version number...) which is supposed to be excellent. Spectrum v2.0 
has the Desktop GUI, Ansiterm is an 8-bit program written for the IIGS 
specifically. Proterm has pull-down menus and so forth.
