Since Matt and I belong to the same user group, I'm sure he remembers me
saying the same thing on many occasions. I constantly warned fellow user
group members about AWGS, and always steered them towards AppleWorks
Classic.

That said...I've been using the Page Layout Module of AppleWorks GS to
layout Shareware Solutions II, and have gained a whole new respect for the
program. With Pointless installed, and printing to a LaserJet, the
output is quite visually stunning. Sure AWGS has bugs, but I can honestly
say that not one of those bugs has bitten me in the Page Layout module.

I did recently get GraphicWriter III v2.0, and am eager to give it a spin.
But, I really have no complaints whatsoever about Page Layout in AWGS.
Well, maybe one...I sure wish it had auto-hyphenation.

I think the 3 biggest secrets to share about AWGS are: 1) Never pre-load
any modules, 2) at the first sign of problems, re-copy it from disk to
your hard drive, and 3) never, ever use ProSel 16's Turbo Optimization
unless you have already done a Complete Optimization since last copying
AWGS to your hard drive.
