Free, share, public ProDOS, Sys Util, Copy2+, ShrinkIt

I'm trying to find out whether ProDOS 8, ProDOS System Utilities, Copy II 
Plus, ShrinkIt, and ShrinkIt GS are freeware, shareware, or public domain 
software, and if not, who sells them?

Since one can download System Software 4.0.2, which includes ProDOS 8, 
and ShrinkIt and ShrinkIt GS from the A2 Round Table on Genie, are they 
freeware, shareware, or in the public domain?  It was not clear to me 
whether one could download Copy II Plus or ProDOS System Utilities.
