    If your diskette was in a drive when you started the game from hard
disk, it may have been written to. Another way to possibly bomb such a
diskette is to launch the game on diskette from the System 6 Finder. If
the game program saves info (like High Scores) on diskette, the resulting
file may messed up.

    You may be able remove or replace a damaged file. First, back up the
current diskette. Check the dates of files on diskette. If you find one
recently written file, check the date for that file on the hard disk copy.
Possibly, it will be untouched and you will be able to use it to replace
the suspect file on diskette.
