Glad you found Vernier. They do have some good stuff for the Apple II.
I've been using their products for a few years now.

One thing missing from their web page is mention of two _excellent_
workbooks, each having about a dozen projects, that the average person
can build. Each workbook comes with 5.25 disk(s) with sample code to
drive the projects. The books cost roughly $25 each. They are
"Build a Better Mousetrap" and "Chaos in the Laboratory" Besides myself,
I know of a couple other people that have these. Usually there is
enough information to build the projects using your own parts and
construction methods. They also offer reasonably priced kits for most
of the projects -- this is especially good for some hard-to-find
components and projects where printed circuit boards make sense.

Don't forget to ask for a printed catalog -- it has all of their
products. If there isn't a spot on their web page for email, send
email to dvernier@vernier.com and ask for a catalog.
