Good God, it's really been six years hasn't it.

Suffice it to say that the address info at the end is now way obsolete.

There was a 4th revision, but I don't think that was distributed very widely.
I can dig it up if anyone's interested. Of course, I also have a much better
perspective on all the tradeoffs now...
