PR#0 merely disconnects the card and never tells it to shut off. The ][+
80 column cards replace the video output, so you have to tell them to relase
control of it if you want the 40 column display to come back.

On the AE ViewMaster-80 I believe the sequence was CTRL-Z 1.

On the original Videx board it was something annoying like flipping an
annunciator (you had to plug a daughterboard into the game port, eew).
