On a related note, does anyone know the control codes or peeks/pokes to get
a 80 column card for the ][+ to shift from 80 to 40 column mode?  I find it
impossible to get back to 40 from 80 columns without pressing reset.  pr#0
does not seem to work in this case ?? any ideas?
