The Sequential rep said that they had just today resolved a situation
involving an order for a Second Sight ROM upgrade-- possibly it was your
order.

     Evidently, Sequential sent out the ROM some time in December. The
package seems to have gotten lost in the international mail. So,
Sequential has sent/ will send another package.

     Apple II businesses tend to have small staffs. Sometimes this slows
down the handling of problems.

     You can be sure that people and companies in America want people who
buy American products to get good service.
