For composite monitors: Disconnect the cable between your Apple's
Monitor Output jack and your monitors input jack at both ends. ...
Now plug the "C" (for computer) cable into the monitor output jack.
Likewise, plug the "M" (for monitor) into the monitor's input jack.

I have not been able to get it to run under GS/OS.  Booting from their
disk seems to work fine.

You may want to get the program eyepro which I wrote a long time ago.
It is a shell program (i.e. you need ORCA) which converts the raw
output file to a 3200 pic.  It should be archived somewhere.
