Hmm... maybe. Rechargeables (ni-cads, anyway) don't hold as constant a
voltage as regular batteries--they start out rather high and go
downhill from there--so I can't say how this will effect the GS. I
doubt that it could be damaged (since it's meant to take a 3.6v
battery), but it might have more of a tendancy to lose the control
panel settings.
