Ram Card

I just gotten an Octoram card and have a few questions.
1) what are the jumper's 1-5 used for?
2) what type of simms are used.  I heard they were from Mac's 
   but which macs.
3) Is there software for the card and if so can someone e-mail 
    me a copy?
4) does anything commect to the mail jumpers on the card?
5) Can it be used with a high speed SCSI card?
Any other info will be most welcome.
